If your AI content is "indistinguishable from human" you are bragging about being mediocre.
I needed this take in my company Slack about three months ago. We are still arguing about "tone parity" with GPT.
This is the line. The bar should be "better than the average human at this specific task" not "as forgettable as a junior copywriter".
Mediocre human writing has always been the ceiling for SEO content. AI just made it cheap and that's the only thing that changed.
