The HCU was a vibes update. Calling it a "personality test" lets Google off the hook for vaporizing real publishers without a clear signal.
The funniest part was watching the "trust the algorithm" SEOs do a 180 inside 48 hours when their own sites tanked.
Name one site you respect that came through HCU clean. Genuine question. I keep looking and only finding wreckage.
I failed it. Got my ass handed to me. Rebuilt from scratch with an audience-first approach. The take is correct.
