If you need a content audit, the answer is always "delete most of it". Nobody wants to hear it.
Cut 60% of a B2B blog last quarter. Traffic went UP within six weeks. The math felt wrong but the result was right.
Pruning helps but "delete most of it" is dangerous advice. The wrong 30% deleted = goodbye organic.
I do this for a living and the unsexy truth is "delete the bottom 40% by impressions" works almost every time.
