Hard disagree. The creators who win build product for their audience and stop selling sponsorships. The B2B model is the trap.
Both can be true. Most creators are B2B by accident. The good ones build B2C revenue intentionally.
This single sentence explains why "creator economy" reporting always feels off. Reporters cover it as B2C and it isn't.
